INTERIM SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Waar moet je aan voldoen / what are the requirements?
• Als ervaren (financial) accountant ervaring in Accounting teams.
• Bij voorkeur ervaring in e-commerce.
• Uitstekende en aantoonbare Project Management skills.
• Je gedijt uitstekend bij stakeholder management en weet projecten tot voltooiing te brengen.
• As a Senior Accountant you have previous experience working in accounting departments;
• Preferably within e-commerce or fintech;
• Great project management skills is the most important.
• You thrive at stakeholder management and drive projects to completion.
Wat ga je doen / what are you going to do?
- Fungeert als Business Partner voor interne stakeholders bij taken en projecten met een cross-functionele impact.
- Technische accounting gerelateerde kennis overdragen binnen jouw expertisegebied aan Business Managers (naleving van financiële rapportage).
- Nieuwe producten testen vanuit een financieel perspectief om ervoor te zorgen dat rapportages aanwezig zijn voordat er nieuwe producten worden gelanceerd.
- Je werkt nauw samen met BI en Data-teams om rapportage te ontwerpen en te implementeren .
- Stimuleert initiatieven en projecten als ook continue procesverbeteringen en innovaties.
- Verantwoordelijke voor het gehele maandeinde proces.
- Uitvoeren van variantie analyses.
- Je werkt nauw samen met externe leveranciers (lokale accountants en externe auditors) om ervoor te zorgen dat de organisatie voldoet aan de lokale regelgeving.
- Act as a connected business partner for internal stakeholders on tasks and projects with a cross functional impact.
- Provide technical accounting requirements within your area of expertise to business managers while maintaining financial reporting integrity and compliance.
- Testing of new products from a finance perspective to make sure postings and reporting are in place before products are launched.
- Work closely with BI and Data teams to design and implement reporting to be used in the monthly closing process.
- Drive initiatives and projects and actively drive continuous process improvements and innovations.
- Complete the monthly closing process.
- Perform variance analysis.
- Work closely with external providers (local accountants and external auditors) to ensure that the organization is compliant with the local regulations.
